Good product, shipping was okay

I bought the Iron Neck 3.0 Starter bundle a few weeks ago. The device itself is pretty solid and feels well-made. I've used it a few times and it seems to be helping with my neck stiffness. Shipping took about a week to get to me in California, which felt a little slow for something I was keen to start using. The instructions were clear enough, but I did wish there were a few more advanced exercise examples included in the box. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase, but faster shipping would be a nice improvement.

Got the Performance Bundle, good value

I was looking for something to help with my chronic neck pain and saw the Iron Neck. I snagged the Performance Bundle during a holiday sale, which gave me a decent discount on the whole package. It included the Iron Neck 3.0, some bands, and a carry bag. The price felt fair for all the components, especially with the bundle savings. It definitely felt like I got my money's worth compared to buying everything separately. I've been using it consistently and it's making a difference. Glad I waited for a deal.

Iron Neck 3.0 Pro experience

I ordered the Iron Neck 3.0 Pro, the full package with extra bands and the Door Anchor. The ordering process on their site was straightforward enough, no issues there. It shipped out in about two days, then took 5 days to reach Denver. Everything arrived well-packaged. Setting up the Door Anchor was simple, and the device itself feels very sturdy and well-engineered. I had a quick question about adjusting the tension dial for a specific exercise, so I used their online chat. Customer service responded within an hour and walked me through it, which was helpful. The quality of the bands is good too, they don't feel cheap. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, focusing on rehab, and I can definitely feel a difference. It's a significant investment, but the construction and support seem to justify the cost for now. Just remember to give yourself some space when you set it up.

My new neck thingy

Got the Iron Neck 2.0. Came pretty quick, like four days. It's cool, easy to use. My neck feels better after working out with it. No complaints.

Thinking of getting an Iron Neck, but not sure if it's really worth the money just for some neck pain. Anyone had good results?

E Elizabeth D. 1 month ago
Yeah, totally worth it. I had nagging neck pain for ages from sitting at a desk and the 3.0 Starter really helped. Been using it for like 3 months now.

It's legit. My PT recommended it for an old whiplash injury and it's been a game changer. Much better than those old-school harnesses too, way more versatile.

Hey, what's the typical shipping time for these? I'm in NYC and hoping to get it pretty quick.

L Leah Rivera 1 week ago
Mine took about a week to get to me in Boston, so probably similar for NYC. You should be good.

I got my Iron Neck 3.0 Pro in like 4-5 business days to Chicago. They're usually pretty quick with processing.

Does anyone know if Iron Neck ever has sales? Or can you stack discount codes? I'm trying to get the best deal.

L Linda Thomas 1 month ago
They have sales around holidays like Black Friday for sure. And no, you can only use one code at a time usually.

Yeah, I think they do holiday sales. I snagged my bundle during a Christmas sale and got a pretty good discount. But I tried to add a referral code on top and it wouldn't let me.

I'm between the Iron Neck 3.0 and the 3.0 Pro. Is the Pro really worth the extra cash? What's the main difference?

A Aaron Smith 4 weeks ago
I went with the Pro because it has more resistance levels and just feels sturdier. If you're serious about training or rehabbing, it's probably worth it.

The Pro has a wider range of motion and more adjustments, I think. If you're just starting out, the regular 3.0 might be fine, but if you're gonna stick with it, the Pro is better long term.
